CHALLENGES
Client had developed the website, but the website was not helping them in generating leads.
The main challenge here for Saan Engineers was to bring in as many leads as possible as the conversion rate is as low as 10% for such heavy machineries for Pharmaceutical sector. Generating Business to Business leads is quite difficult with restriction to target group and Medical Machine manufacture cost.
OUR APPROACH
Our Approach was direct by questioning the main challenge itself- “What is the problem?”, “Where is the issue?” “Why no leads are generated?”.
Understanding the basic three W’s gave us primary solution required here to solve the challenge. With that we understood the underlying problem was with their Lead Generation form and rectified the error. The leads were not registered on the mail nor on the server.
The Solution
After solving the crucial challenge by fixing up the lead generation form, we started with Global SEO and SMM activity to generate high quality leads that Saan Engineers were missing from day one.
